Hedge Planting with Warwick Tree Wardens
During two weekends in January hedging plants were planted along the fence in the wildflower meadow. It was hard work first digging a trench in very stony soil and then making sure that the plants were put in correctly. The finishing touch was to put tree guards around all of the saplings. This project was carried out in conjunction Warwick Tree Wardens whose help and knowledge have been invaluable.
